Digital East Indies Returns Policy (RP)

Please note that goods are supplied are not returnable except for the reasons outlined below.

The RP for internet sales is based on your rights under the consumer affairs and the manufacturers provided warranty.

Your rights for refund are;

Dead on arrival, damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped product
Product which develops a fault due to a cause occurring prior to purchase
Product of un-merchantable quality
Product that fails to perform to the manufacturer's specifications
Product that fails to perform as advertised

You are advised to contact DEI (02 8338 8898) before purchasing equipment or services if you are unclear of these rights.

Additional conditions for internet sales

Dead on Arrival, Transit Damage or Incorrectly shipped good.
In the event that goods ordered do not work are physically damaged or incorrect, contact DEI (02 8338 8898) immediately on receipt (within 24 hours of signed delivery) to obtain instructions (and authorisation reference number) to obtain a replacement/correct item.
Note, you will not be provided a refund unless replacement goods can not be provided to you.
Please keep all delivery documents and provide a copy with your return.
If the returned item is found to not be faulty /damaged/ incorrect, we will send the goods back to you and invoice you our cost to freight if outside of the metropolitan area.

Warranty repairs
Most products have a warranty registration card/ online registration. Please fill out these details when goods are received so that warranty can be affected by the manufacturer.

In the case of extended warranty purchased through DEI, then please contact the numbers provided with the extended warranty.
